 High content of linoleic acid (omega-6, C18:2) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3, C18:3) in a 3:1 ratio. High content of natural vitamin E. Contains valuable phytosterols. Contains up to 4% of the rare gamma-linolenic acid (C18:3).


 It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D, and E, antioxidants, proteins, carotene, phytosterols, and phospholipids. It also contains many beneficial minerals, including calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, iron, zinc, and phosphorus.

 Store the oil in a cool, dark place at a temperature of 5-20°C. Once opened, the bottle should be refrigerated and used within 3 months.
